How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage daily fabrication schedules to ensure all client orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Optimize workflow efficiencies within the light fabrication shop to reduce waste and maximize output.
- Mentor and train incoming production staff on safety standards, equipment operation, and quality control.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials to prevent production bottlenecks and delivery delays.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to remain actively involved in day-to-day production operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
- Experience managing production schedules, workflow priorities, and quality standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple shifts or overseeing growing production operations.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles or process improvement strategies.
- Experience in light manufacturing, fabrication, custom product assembly, building products, architectural products, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with inventory management, production planning, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience helping scale manufacturing operations, launch new processes, or build production teams is highly valued.
