Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of jobsite operations from pre-planning to final walkthrough.
- Install and oversee installation of MMA and other resinous flooring systems.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed.
- Manage project timelines, subcontractors, and in-house crews across multiple job sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison and brand ambassador for clients and stakeholders onsite.
- Enforce safety, quality, and procedural standards on all projects.
- Ensure timely reporting, progress updates, and site documentation.
- Motivate and lead installation teams by example and through clear communication.
- Travel frequently to project sites throughout the United States.
Qualifications
- 10 years of construction or resin flooring supervision experience.
- Hands-on experience with MMA and other resinous floor installations is essential.
- Mechanically inclined with general electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Valid Driver's License and CDL.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
