Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of carpenters in the repair and restoration of water-damaged and other properties.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Order necessary materials as budgeted.
- Perform hands-on carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and enforce safety protocols.
