How You Will Make An Impact
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and industrial boiler systems across multiple customer locations
- Use advanced diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, and piping diagrams to resolve burner, control, combustion, and mechanical system issues
- Perform preventive maintenance, open-clean-close procedures, refractory repairs, combustion tuning, and other complex field-service work
- Inspect completed work and operating conditions to ensure compliance with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company safety standards
- Serve as the primary technical and customer-facing contact during service visits, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and next steps
- Provide technical leadership in the field and help train or mentor less-experienced technicians when needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between customer sites
- Senior-level, hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial or industrial boiler systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical ladder diagrams, wiring schematics, and piping diagrams
- Ability to independently manage field-service calls, make sound technical decisions, and communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and safely perform the physical requirements of field-service work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five or more years of related commercial or industrial boiler service experience
- Advanced knowledge of linkageless systems, fuel-air ratio profiling, and flame safeguard controls
- Experience with combustion tuning on commercial boilers
- OSHA 10 certification
- Availability for on-call and holiday work
- $60 per hour for highly qualified candidates, with overtime potential and annual or performance-based bonuses
- Sign-on bonus potential; eligibility and amount are determined by senior management on a case-by-case basis
