Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets code and client expectations
- Interpret and execute installation plans with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide practical, efficient solutions
- Ensure compliance with North and South Carolina mechanical codes
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes and material usage
- Represent the company professionally in client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Active CFC certification
- Familiarity with both North Carolina and South Carolina HVAC codes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
