We are looking for a Lead Custom Remodeling & Finish Carpenter who takes true pride in their craft, from the initial framing to the final piece of trim.

What You Will Be Doing

You Will Be Working With Premium Materials (hardwoods, Veneers, Architectural Panels) On High-end Residential And Select Commercial Projects Where Quality Actually Matters

• Framing to Finish: Execute high-quality, precision carpentry work, including framing, fine trim, cabinetry, millwork, doors, and custom built-ins.
• Problem Solving: Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings, utilizing your expertise to make tight tolerances work flawlessly on the job site.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our Project Managers, designers, and specialty trades to keep the project moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Site Management & Brand Representation: Keep a clean, safe, and highly organized job site while working in high-end, client-facing environments.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 5 years of professional carpentry experience, specifically focused on high-end residential or custom commercial remodeling.
• Craftsmanship: A sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering flawless fine finish work and custom architectural details.
• Tool Mastery: High proficiency and comfort working with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• The Basics: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work actively both indoors and outdoors.
