Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities on residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.
- Delegate and oversee tasks to ensure efficient teamwork and project progress.
- Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.
- Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to crew members to strengthen skills and teamwork.
- Assist in problem-solving and implementing creative solutions on-site.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.
- Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, and framing.
- Skilled in custom cabinet installation, millwork, rough, and finish carpentry.
- Proven leadership ability to delegate tasks and motivate a team.
- Experience with construction software is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
