Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment handling.
- Interpret landscape blueprints and execute landscape construction plans.
- Operate mechanical equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, augers, chainsaws, concrete saws, and hand tools.
- Drive and operate vehicles including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations.
- Support Team Leader with client communication, walkthroughs, and small plan adjustments.
- Assist with job paperwork such as timesheets, work orders, and material logs.
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project.
- Communicate job progress and concerns with the Team Leader.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written plans or blueprints.
- Knowledge of horticulture, paver installation, and retaining walls is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Creative and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- 30-minute lunch break daily
Work Location
- Onsite - Projects are based in the local area with some travel as needed.
