Key Responsibilities
- Journeyman Plumber:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
- Train and instruct apprentices as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with MN plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Field measure and ensure proper fitment of installations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
- Foreman Plumber (In addition to Journeyman Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage onsite plumbing crews to ensure work is completed on schedule and up to standard.
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain jobsite efficiency.
- Attend and participate in weekly jobsite meetings.
- Plan ahead and ensure projects have the necessary materials and manpower.
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance on all job sites.
- Journeyman Plumber:
- MN Plumbing License (Required)
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Must have reliable transportation & necessary hand tools
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Foreman Plumber:
- MN Plumbing License (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience leading crews and coordinating with other trades
- Ability to field measure and plan ahead
