Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
- Perform industrial electrical installations, including wiring, conduit installation, panel installation, and lighting system installation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in existing industrial and commercial systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical equipment.
- Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to determine installation layouts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Follow strict safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Use testing equipment and tools to analyze electrical systems and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including system updates and compliance reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with a Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
- Required: Electrical wiring experience in industrial or commercial settings.
- Required: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Required: Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before starting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Experience working with prevailing wage projects is a plus.
