Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs.
- Provide expert recommendations on roofing and remodeling solutions.
- Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices.
- Participate in company events, promotions, and sales contests.
- Sales experience in a similar field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently while being a team player.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
