Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak efficiency
- Diagnose system failures and provide effective solutions for repair
- Install and maintain ductwork, electrical connections, and refrigerant lines
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and company safety standards
- Work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and answer any questions
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and submit reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and safety protocols
- Experience in a similar HVAC role or related field (we can train you in our specific methods)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Ability to troubleshoot, install, and repair HVAC systems independently
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and insurable record.
- Must be comfortable using smartphone/tablet-based work systems
- Must have own basic tools.
