Key Responsibilities
- You will be the face of Instant Aire, providing expert diagnostics and solutions to our customers.
- Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic and routine service calls on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Execution: Repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling units.
- Customer Service: Accurately document services and clearly communicate findings/recommendations to customers.
- Safety: Ensure systems comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Operations: Operate company-provided vehicles safely and maintain a professional appearance.
- Experience: 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC systems.
- Drivers License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Requirements: Self-motivated, dependable, and excellent communication skills.
