In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, from high-end custom home projects to commercial rooftops and VRF systems. Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
- Install a variety of systems including ductwork, hydronics, mini-splits, traditional splits, VRF, and rooftop units
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, quality workmanship
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Operate tools, equipment, and technology efficiently and responsibly
- Follow all company safety procedures and local HVAC codes
Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Proficiency in residential and light commercial systems
- Experience with hydronics, ductwork, VRF, rooftop units, and split systems
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently when needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Sheet metal, plumbing, and refrigeration licenses/certifications are encouraged but not required
- Valid driver's license required
