Triton & Turnbull HVAC Services is expanding and hiring Installation Technicians for both our Commercial and Residential divisions. You'll be responsible for full HVAC system installations across a variety of settings-from single-family homes to large commercial facilities-ensuring each system is installed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, ductless systems, heat pumps, and ventilation systems in both commercial and residential settings.
• Execute full-system replacements and new construction installations with minimal supervision.
• Ensure code-compliant, high-quality installation of all HVAC equipment, piping, and ductwork.
• Conduct refrigerant charging, system start-up, and performance testing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site; handle materials responsibly.
• Professionally interact with customers, explaining system operations and care.
• Coordinate daily with team leads and dispatch to keep projects on schedule.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems (residential, commercial, or both).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Mechanically skilled, detail-oriented, and safety conscious.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a crew.
