Key Responsibilities

• Perform roofing installations, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer and company standards
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to leaks, storm damage, or structural roofing concerns
• Communicate with project managers and team members to ensure job efficiency
• Operate hand and power tools with skill and safety
• Assist with inspections and quality control processes
• Represent CMS Roofing professionally on every job site
• Maintain personal and company tools and equipment in good working condition
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on roofing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and metal roofing systems
• Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license preferred
• GAF Master Elite certification is a plus
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday through Friday
