Scope of Work
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching cracks or holes.
- Apply coatings with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment for professional, even finishes.
- Match specified paint colors and products to client requirements.
- Protect surrounding areas with proper masking and taping techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite with well-kept tools and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with site leads, clients, and other subcontractors.
- Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Minimum 2 years of verified professional painting experience.
- Strong skills in surface preparation and application techniques.
- Ability to manage projects independently or collaborate with larger crews.
- Professional, safety-first attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must travel to job sites).
- Proper insurance and business license required for subcontractors in Maine.
- Must provide own tools and equipment (limited company tools available if needed).
- Work Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday; occasional weekends as required by project deadlines.
- Work Location: Job sites across Southern Maine. Reliable commuting required.
