How You Will Make An Impact
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures in wiring, circuits, and panels using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Execute high-quality repairs and replacements of circuit breakers, transformers, and specialized commercial equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure client systems exceed safety standards and National Electrical Code requirements.
- Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to implement precise electrical upgrades and modifications.
- Manage onsite parts inventory and document labor hours to maintain project transparency and efficiency.
- Mentor junior apprentices during field installations to uphold the company’s standards of excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining technical solutions and recommending long-term system improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical service, maintenance, or commercial troubleshooting.
- Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting the NEC, and executing lockout/tagout safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage service calls with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills necessary for professional client interaction and accurate field reporting.
- Physical capability to navigate confined spaces, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or technical certification program.
- Specialized experience with generators, or EV charging infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of general commercial applications and automated system layouts.
- Experience in Lighting Controls and Low Voltage Systems
