Job Overview

Iddings Electric is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Electrical Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our Field Operations team. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential properties across our 5-county service area. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of electrical experience and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding service to homeowners. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems.
• Perform service calls and electrical upgrades in occupied homes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding service needs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining independence in the field.
• Travel to job sites throughout the 5-county service area.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Residential Service Electrician Experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in compliance with applicable laws).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, work at heights, in tight spaces, and work in all elements
• Use of Construction software for communication, tracking, sales, notes, and photos
