Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right doors and windows for their specific job applications.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, estimates, and special orders.
• Process door and window sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the receiving department to ensure proper fulfillment and pickup of orders.
• Handle order discrepancies, resolve issues, and facilitate returns when needed.
• Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
• Meet with vendor reps to stay current on product offerings and solutions.
• Organize, label, and maintain the door/window warehouse area.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
• Perform filing, inventory tracking, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in door and window sales, preferably in a retail or contractor supply environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial door and window products.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, quoting tools).
