- Directed professional correspondence and managed executive calendars to ensure streamlined communication and meeting efficiency.
- Executed accurate data entry and managed accounts payable (AP) invoicing within accounting software to maintain financial transparency.
- Maintained highly organized physical and electronic filing systems to protect the confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Coordinated facility maintenance and managed vendor relationships to keep office equipment and communal spaces in peak condition.
- Troubleshot day-to-day office technology and hardware issues to minimize operational downtime for field and office staff.
- Organized the supply room and breakroom inventory to ensure essential materials are always available for the team.
- Proven experience in a professional administrative or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in managing digital calendars, email correspondence, and report drafting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle accounts payable entry and basic financial documentation.
- Hands-on experience with hardware configuration and basic IT troubleshooting for office peripherals.
- Prior experience working within the construction or industrial sitework industry.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and internal database management.
- Demonstrated success in managing facility logistics and building management communications.
