How You Will Make An Impact
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex DC power plants and battery strings to ensure maximum uptime for mission-critical facilities.
- Execute precise Telcordia cable routing, stitching, and BDFB builds according to engineered project drawings and technical specifications.
- Implement comprehensive DC grounding practices to safeguard sensitive infrastructure and maintain site safety.
- Manage live-environment technical execution seamlessly to prevent any operational downtime or logistical disruptions.
- Coordinate with field operations teams to complete projects safely, efficiently, and within established client timelines.
- Document daily field progress and testing results to ensure absolute project transparency and accuracy.
- Proven experience installing and servicing DC power systems in live critical environments.
- Proficiency in reading electrical prints, schematics, and detailed technical drawings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of battery string installations, fuse panels, and DC grounding practices.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 30% for project assignments throughout Arizona and out of state.
- Strong physical capability to perform field work and a dedicated commitment to proactive electrical safety protocols.
- 4 or more years of dedicated experience with DC power or telecommunications infrastructure.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience working in data centers, central offices, or utility infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific training or certifications like OSHA, Fall Protection, and aerial lifts.
- Competitive hourly rate of $28 to $38 with overtime potential and bi-weekly pay cycles.
