Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to produce custom millwork pieces
• Operate a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery with precision and care
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish wood products per detailed specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect finished work for quality control and adherence to design standards
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and installation teams
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve unique custom build challenges
• Participate in the full production cycle-from raw material to final install prep
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custom millwork (cabinetry, panels, trim, furniture, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing processes
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work from CAD drawings and shop prints
• Skilled in the use of both hand tools and woodworking machines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and maintaining equipment
• No specific licenses required
