How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct daily field operations across project sites to ensure tasks finish on time and within budget.
- Guide and support crew members, encouraging strong safety practices and efficient workflow on-site.
- Coordinate on-site labor and material execution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Enforce quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional workmanship on every job.
- Address real-time site challenges proactively to prevent downtime and preserve project schedules.
- Serve as the key field point of contact, ensuring clear communication with operations leadership.
- Minimum 1 year experience leading a multi-man crew
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge of general construction processes and site workflows.
- Proven ability to guide crews effectively to meet project targets safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to various field operations within the regional footprint.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep field projects moving smoothly.
- 2 or more years of related work experience in construction or spray foam operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver license
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Weekly pay cycle with hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
