How You Will Make An Impact
- Review coding for specialized construction invoices accurately to ensure precise alignment with project
- Reconcile complex vendor accounts and monthly credit card statements to maintain flawless internal records.
- Maintain comprehensive job cost records continuously to track live financial performance against targets.
- Support the accurate processing of AIA pay applications, compliance documentation, and mandatory lien
- Assist internal accounting team with month-end financial closeouts and detailed reporting procedures.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and external vendors to streamline corporate communication pipelines.
- Organize general accounting documentation efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
- Proven background managing specialized job cost tracking and financial records within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices.
- Solid understanding of essential construction documentation including lien waivers and pay applications.
- Strong capabilities working effectively under tight deadlines within collaborative team settings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary to resolve vendor account discrepancies.
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated construction accounting or clerical bookkeeping experience.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency utilizing specialized Sage software platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
