- Execute expert concrete flatwork placing, pouring, screeding, floating, and finishing on residential job sites.
- Utilize specialized equipment and power tools to increase job site efficiency and overall pour quality.
- Collaborate closely with crew members to maintain efficient daily workflow and meet accurate project timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with standard field procedures.
- Arrive at the job site on time every day with a positive attitude and strong team-first energy.
- Proven field experience operating as a concrete flatwork finisher or installer.
- Demonstrated mastery of standard concrete tools, finishing techniques, and slab preparation.
- Strong teamwork ability, positive attitude, and exceptional daily punctuality.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at local job sites.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience in residential concrete flatwork.
- Familiarity with decorative finishing, stamping, or specialized residential slab layouts.
