Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of construction activities on-site from start to finish.
- Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor daily progress and maintain jobsite logs and reporting.
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work complies with specifications and codes.
- Communicate and resolve issues related to RFIs, ASIs, and submittals.
- Conduct and document safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain site organization and cleanliness.
- Identify and address subcontractor non-compliance issues promptly.
- Perform final walkthroughs and punch list completion with ownership and project teams.
- Potentially supervise multiple smaller job sites simultaneously.
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up builds with civil/site work.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedules.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong references and history of stable employment (5 years average tenure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to assigned project sites.
- High school diploma or GED required.
