- Directed daily on-site field operations for commercial interior construction projects to maintain strict project timelines.
- Coordinated project tasking and crew assignments entirely through PlanGrid software to streamline field communications.
- Inspected project progress to enforce strict building code compliance and deliver a high degree of interior finish.
- Formulated accurate electronic daily reports and comprehensive site safety logs within specialized field software.
- Managed field personnel and subcontractors using an adaptable leadership style that balances positive motivation with firm accountability.
- Executed detailed photo documentation according to company tagging and titling standard operating procedures.
- Proven capability to read, interpret, and execute commercial construction plans electronically.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing PlanGrid or equivalent construction management software for daily field reporting.
- Flexibility to work after-hours schedules as required by specific commercial project demands.
- Possession of a valid North Carolina driver's license backed by a clean driving record.
