- Execute precise cuts on structural steel and miscellaneous metals using ESAB equipment to meet project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues with machinery to maintain production schedules and prevent delays.
- Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to blueprints.
- Coordinate with the fabrication team to prioritize daily tasks and optimize material usage.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards and equipment maintenance routines to ensure a productive and secure shop environment.
- Champion the company values of accountability and teamwork in every project phase.
- 2 years of professional experience operating CNC plasma tables.
- Proven proficiency with ESAB equipment and related software interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical or software hiccups independently.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and material lists.
- Proficient knowledge of plasma cutting processes.
- Experience in a high-volume industrial shop environment.
