Brick Restoration Inc. (BRI) is looking for a skilled and motivated Brick & Masonry Installer to join our Field Operations team in Irving, TX. If you're a self-starter with a passion for quality masonry work, this is your opportunity to join a reputable, family-oriented company offering steady work, strong compensation, and growth opportunities. You'll work hands-on with restoration and repair projects across the DFW area, operating independently or in a 2-man crew while helping bring masonry structures back to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform masonry restoration tasks including brick installation, veneer wall repair, columns, and brick fences
• Match new brickwork seamlessly with existing structures for clean, polished results
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job-specific equipment
• Manage jobsite safety and crew performance in compliance with OSHA standards
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and project managers
• Read and interpret basic job specs or plans
• Maintain accurate daily logs, materials usage, and job progress
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on masonry experience (8 preferred)
• Valid TX driver's license and clean driving record
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and work at heights on ladders or scaffolds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Scaffolding Certification a plus (training available if needed)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
