The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, can take ownership of complex technical challenges, and has a flexible approach to scheduling for critical plant shutdowns and other job-specific after-hours needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform start-ups, diagnostics, service, and repairs on commercial boiler and burner systems.
- Troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC and combustion issues independently and efficiently.
- Manage multiple active jobs while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
- Respond to planned and unplanned service calls, including occasional after-hours work (e.g., plant shutdowns).
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure work is completed on time and to spec.
- Maintain safe, clean job sites and comply with all safety protocols.
- Provide feedback on system design, installation quality, and field performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service performed and materials used.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or direct boiler burner work.
- Associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred.
- Advanced training in boilers and burners is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills across diverse systems.
- Able to manage multiple jobs, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
