Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

We are looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist & Fleet Coordinator for a dynamic, hybrid role. You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day, but you won't be stuck in traffic all day, either.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be the critical link connecting our office to our field crews:

• Logistics & Delivery: Safely pick up and deliver essential vehicle and heavy equipment parts from local Las Vegas vendors to our shop and field crews.
• Inventory Control: Take charge of the parts room. Organize, track, and manage inventory to ensure our mechanics always have exactly what they need to get the job done.
• Office & Admin Support: When you aren't on a parts run, assist the front office with vital operations like data entry, filing, and answering phones.
• Team Liaison: Act as the bridge between the field technicians and the office staff to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications)

• Automotive Knowledge (Required): You must have a strong understanding of vehicle components (e.g., you know the difference between an alternator and a compressor). Previous experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, or Parts Counter Representative is a huge plus!
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and capable of quickly learning fleet management software (such as Dossier).
• Licensure: A valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Mindset: Highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a team player willing to pitch in wherever the team needs help.
