How You Will Make An Impact
- Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily site operations, crew management, and project logistics.
- Monitor job site activities to ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and material deliveries to keep daily tasks moving on schedule.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, daily logs, and safety records for site transparency.
- Resolve real-time field challenges and technical issues to prevent project delays.
- Promote a safe, productive, and respectful job site environment for all trade partners.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in general construction.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for managing on-site documentation and teams.
- Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction methods and field safety practices.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software and other digital tools used to track projects, schedules, documentation, and communication.
- OSHA 10 Certification
- 5 years of related work experience in general construction.
- Active safety and technical certifications including OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift Operations.
- Specialized training relevant to residential and commercial construction.
- Background in assisting project leads on ground-up commercial or multi-family residential builds.
