Key Responsibilities
- You will oversee project administration, budgeting, and safety to ensure the profitable execution of our projects.
- Project Leadership: Oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and profitability for deep foundation and earth retention projects.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Financials: Track/adjust project budgets, complete owner billings, and process payments.
- Project Planning: Review proposals to determine time frames, funding, and staffing requirements.
- Safety Management: Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulations to ensure an accident-free environment.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Experience: 2-3 years of field experience AND 5-8 years of progressively responsible project management experience (Ideally in deep foundations, earth retention, or ground improvement).
- Education: BS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to guide teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA/EPA construction standards and experience conducting safety training.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
