Job Overview

Weir Plumbing Heating and Cooling LLC is hiring two Apprentices to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the plumbing and HVAC trades from experienced professionals in a supportive, high-performance environment. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are eager to learn, show up on time, and take pride in a job well done. Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians on job sites
• Learn to read blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams
• Prepare and clean job sites, including moving tools and materials
• Install basic plumbing or HVAC components under supervision
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
• Show up on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
• Attend training sessions and complete on-the-job learning goals
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of general labor or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday to Friday
