Job Description
At The Content House, we are very passionate about bringing students the extracurriculars we know they need to stimulate their creativity. The Youth Enrichment Program strives to strike inspiration, encourage creativity, and provide technical skills within a variety of creative industries in hopes to provide alternative activities for students.
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring each program has the proper resources, material, and information to ensure a smooth and easy process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with the school point of contact (either school principal or secretary) to receive all essential information about the school (age group, timing, etc.)
- Outreach, screen and onboard new teachers throughout the duration of the program.
- Manage and schedule proper program teacher for each confirmed program
- Maintaining and tracking status of all material being used in each program
- Providing substitute teachers if/when needed for each school
- Leading on communications to work with the Program Director, School POC, and teachers to ensure all essential information is passed along
- Collect invoices from teachers bi-weekly and ensure payment is remitted within Net15
- Weekly check-ins with school and sharing a weekly summary of all schools with owners
- Daily check-ins with teachers
- Act as liaison and support teacher(s) on the first day of the program, in-person.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience management experiences
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with schools and teachers
Additional Information
This is a part time position paying $35 an hour with a cap of 15 hours a month.
The role is currently operating as a remote role with the occasional need to be in-person for the first day of the program and to ensure all materials are collected/returned.
