RESPONSIBILITIES

Our goal is to provide our interns with a valuable learning experience in the public relations

industry by granting them exposure to the day-to-day work we do on behalf of our clients.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

● Developing an understanding of both online and print publications; familiarizing yourself

with editorial contacts, as well as the publications’ recurring features and profiles

● Drafting pitches and conducting media outreach with the oversight of senior team

members

● Maintaining the organization of internal media lists, contact lists and databases

● Support influencer campaigns, including research, outreach and reporting

● Monitoring and producing press clips for clients

● Reporting monthly activities on behalf of clients

● Undertaking research based on varying needs

● Assist in the planning and execution in-person press and industry events

TIMING

● Start date: ASAP Summer 2026

● Duration: Approximately 10-12 weeks (June-August)

Interns are expected to work four days/week, Monday-Thursday, during standard business

hours (9am-5:30pm ET). This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance (Tuesday-

Thursday) from our workspace in the NoMad district, with one remote workday per week

(Monday). Additional flexibility may be required on occasion based on team, client and event

needs.

COMPENSATION

This is a paid internship.

LOCATION

This is a hybrid, New York City-based internship requiring in-person attendance a minimum of 3

days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) from our workspace in the NoMad district. Candidates must

be based in the NYC area and available to commute into Manhattan for in-office days and

events as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

● Ability to work in fast-paced environment

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Exceptional organizational and time management skills

● Detail-oriented

● Positive attitude

● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

● Experience with PR, influencer and affiliate platforms such as MuckRack, Cision, Impact,

Awin and/or ShopMy, as well as Canva, is a plus, but not required
