Fantastic opportunity for Vice Presidents with a background in delivering mission-critical facilities. Opportunity to lead the creation and growth of a new mission-critical business unit for a fast-growing GC specializing in advanced manufacturing and healthcare, currently at $2B in revenue for 2025 and targeting $3B in 2026.
This role offers the opportunity to build a division from the ground up with significant autonomy, driving strategy, operations, and project execution across complex, hyperscale projects. The ideal candidate brings strong large-scale construction experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to establish the systems, teams, and processes needed to support this critical new area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of projects life cycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Translate company vision and strategy into executable operational plans.
- Set long-term operational goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Standardize processes across departments to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Manage operations budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling.
- Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.

- 10 years' experience in the mission critical sector and 15 in construction
- Experience in CSA and MEP construction management
