Site Manager - Facades & Cladding

Central Bristol | Immediate Start | 2-Year Contract | £320-£340 per day

MadiganGill is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee external works on a major construction project in Central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with an immediate start and a contract duration of approximately 2 years.

Pay Rate

• £320-£340 per day (depending on experience)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating external packages, including facades and cladding
• Overseeing subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to across the site
• Monitoring progress, quality, and programme delivery
• Working closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of the external works package
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing facades, cladding, and other external packages on large construction projects
• Experience with curtain walling and/or rainscreen cladding systems would be highly beneficial
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets
