Are you an experienced Electrician looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for a skilled Domestic Electrician to join our Property Services team, delivering a reliable and professional electrical service to residents across the Southampton area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out rewires, remedial works, smoke detector installation, testing & inspection, and day-to-day responsive repairs
- Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly
- Acting as a key point of contact between residents and internal teams to resolve property issues efficiently
- Upholding the highest standards of health & safety across all work sites
- Maintaining safe and secure conditions across properties, vehicles, and tools in line with current policies
- A competitive salary of up to £44,600
