Key Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment and provide environmental control to the property
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all types of HVAC and related equipment
- Maintain plant logs and Perform building rounds to document various building systems
- Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies
- Shift position Friday-Tuesday
- Prior experience in facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical work preferred
- Experience in Customer Service, Operation Centres or Data centres
- High School Diploma required; industry related certifications a plus
- Happy to work a variety of shifts
