Position Overview
The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

· Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations.
· Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
· High level of personal and team accountability.
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
· Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati, OH.

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
