We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive our mission forward by growing our incredible member base and ensuring
every interaction is a positive one. You'll be the heart of our member experience, designing creative strategies to
bring in new faces and keep our community thriving.
What You'll Do:
● Be a Growth Guru: You'll design and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain members, using
your sharp analytical skills to track and analyze membership data on a monthly basis.
● Lead with Heart: You'll hire, train, and inspire our amazing Front Desk team, ensuring they provide a warm,
efficient, and knowledgeable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
● Master Communicator: You'll be the key liaison between our program directors, marketing team, and our
members, making sure everyone is informed and excited about all the incredible programs and activities we
offer.
● Data Detective: You'll become an expert in Daxko operations, using data and reports to inform your
initiatives and make recommendations to help us grow. Previous experience with Daxko or community
center management software is a big plus.
● Community Champion: You'll be our representative at community events and fairs, sharing the magic of
The Connection with the world and organizing special events that bring our members together.
● Innovate and Improve: You'll stay on top of membership trends across the state and country, bringing fresh
ideas to the table to keep The Connection at the forefront.
