Position: Case Manager / Job Developer
Location: Groton
Salary: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday (7-3p)
Are you an individual who wants to make an impact on the lives of others? The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program that will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration.
Position Summary:
The Case Manager- Job Developer will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved or have a customer service background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience
- Valid Driver’s License
Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
