What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and interacting with patients, making them feel at home in our healing space
• Assisting the chiropractor in patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, answering phones, and managing social media ad bookings.
• Educating patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and promoting the holistic health philosophy of our practice
• Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Helping with patient exercises, therapies, and wellness education
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that reflects the healing atmosphere of our practice.
• Medical Billing (Preferred): Experience with medical billing or an eagerness to learn will be highly valued as you’ll assist with patient billing, insurance claims, and understanding the financial aspects of care.
