The Concierge Club | Front Desk Operations - Floating Schedule
Location: Hudson County & Bergen County, New Jersey
This Is Not a Typical Front Desk Role
This position is for seasoned professionals who understand that a concierge is the heartbeat of a building. You are the first impression, the daily problem-solver, and a trusted presence for residents and management alike.

Core Responsibilities
Front Desk & Resident Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and building staff
- Create a calm, professional, and welcoming environment at all times
- Recognize residents, understand building culture, and maintain strict discretion
- Handle questions, requests, and issues with confidence and efficiency
Building Operations & Oversight
- Manage access control, visitor logs, and package handling with accuracy
- Monitor building activity and report incidents clearly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with property management when issues arise
- Enforce building policies respectfully and consistently
Professional Presence
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Represent both the building and The Concierge Club with integrity
- Serve as a steady, trusted presence during all assigned shifts
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
3 years of concierge, front desk, hospitality, or high-touch customer service experience
Experience in luxury residential, corporate, or hotel environments strongly preferred
Location Requirement
Must be local to Hudson or Bergen County, NJ
Reliable transportation and ability to work at multiple nearby buildings when needed

Technology Comfort

Schedule & Availability
- We are currently hiring for multiple coverage needs:
- Floater concierge able to cover different buildings and shifts as needed
- Overnight concierge for consistent night coverage
- Regular scheduled shifts including day and evening
Flexibility and reliability are essential. Long-term availability is strongly preferred.
