Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a boutique aesthetic clinic. This role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality treatments including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation procedures while providing an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for aesthetic medicine. You will work closely with providers and clinic staff to assess patient needs, perform treatments within your scope of practice, and help patients achieve healthy, natural-looking results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow clinic protocols
- Ensure safe operation of aesthetic devices and adherence to infection-control standards
- Provide exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics preferred
- Experience with laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Ability to work well in a team-driven, high-standard clinical environment
