Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Retail Associate, you will ensure that customers are assisted and orders are picked accurately. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, energized, helpful, and eager to learn about materials in a creative industry.
Looking for Part Time (four day) OR Full Time (five day) availability.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in-store
- Help them locate items
- Explain products or find someone to assist
- Ring through items on register carefully and accurately
Assisting customers on the phone
- Answer questions or redirect their call
- Help them place an order
Picking online orders
- Locate items in the store and bring to correct location
- Verify order accuracy (color, size, quantity, and variation)
- Hand off orders to correct customers
- Bring orders up to curbside customers
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with fellow employees and managers about time-sensitive issues.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic iPad skills.
Customer service or sculpting/makeup experience a plus!

Wage starts at $18-21/hr depending on customer service or materials experience with room for growth over time.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
