About the Role
As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll combine relationship-building and leadership to make a lasting impact. You'll work directly with clients to provide coverage solutions while also coaching and developing new team members to achieve success.
This is a mission-driven, people-centered role where your discipline, communication skills, and mentorship can transform lives including your own.
What You'll Do
Train, coach, and mentor new sales representatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
Conduct individual and group presentations (from 1100 attendees)
Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and goals with professionalism
Collaborate with leadership to drive team growth and success
Build a personal book of business while ensuring client satisfaction
