What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Site Coordinator position at The Community Table?
The On-Site Coordinator assists teams in meal preparation, service, and cleaning.
Specific Duties Include:
- Ensure that all who enter The Community Table enjoy a safe and pleasant environment and are treated with dignity and respect.
- Present a positive and professional image of The Community Table.
- Provide hospitality to guests and provide referrals to guests as needed.
- Serve as supervisor and facilitator for teams, including ensuring that volunteer team leaders receive and understand the menu and assistance with preparation and service of meal.
- Supervise community service workers.
- Maintain security and cleanliness of facilities.
- Communicate issues and events with the Director and other staff.
- Attend staff meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager, Executive Director, or the Board.
- Occasionally lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to five hours at a time.
Pay: $80.00 per shift (approximately $14.55-$17.78/hr) Shifts are approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours depending on the day of the week. Looking for help specifically on Tuesdays or Fridays 2:30 pm to 7pm, or Saturdays 8:30 am to 2 pm, or Sundays 12:30 pm to 5 pm
